If you told me a year ago that I’d be preparing for the London Marathon in April, I would’ve laughed. But here I am, training 5 days a week, meal prepping, counting calories, and feeling stronger every single day.  

 

At 45 years old, I decided to take control of my health and make some bold changes:  

🚭 I quit smoking.

🍺 I gave up alcohol.

🥗 I started cooking my own meals.

🏋️ I committed to regular training. 

 

Since September, I’ve lost 12kg, improved my breathing, lowered my heart rate, and completely transformed my energy levels. I wake up earlier, sleep 8 hours a night, and feel better than I have in years.  

 

This journey hasn’t been easy, but it’s proof that you can change your life at any age if you commit to it.
