I have called it LEON, after my grandfathers first name, my grandfather was born in 1916, in Chicago, USA. Together with his parents they emigrated to Poland just before WWII.
 
He became a butcher, enthusiastic baker and cook, he was real craftsman and I fully respect him for everything he did to our family.
